Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for Herbocardis products sold by Sharvexxaxiu to consumers in the European Economic Area, including Finland.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies under EU consumer law. Food supplements may be excluded if hygiene seals are broken after delivery; sealed packaging may be required for return.
Defective or damaged products
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the contract, please contact us promptly with a description and, where reasonable, photographs. We will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund according to Finnish consumer protection rules.
How to request a refund

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible. Banks may take additional days to reflect the credit.
